  These guys may know a thing or two about their appliances, but they strongly lack in the professionalism department. Perhaps a course in public relations and phone etiquette would be greatly beneficial. I may not be a "Property Owner", but simply answering some questions over the phone could have avoided negative word of mouth and referrals to many many property owners who may have needed your service and given you business in the future. It's no wonder everyone buys their appliances from the big name stores like Lowe's and Sears.
